Hub Technology

Our Hubs are robust Software-as-a-Service price and risk management systems, used by clients around the globe to manage and route tens of millions of trades daily. Our technology is secure, reliable and scalable. We offer specialized Hubs for retail brokers, institutional brokers, banks and liquidity providers.

Under the hood

The foundation of our Hub technology is a highly-parallel architecture designed and built in-house by our world-class engineering team. Our software is written in the C++ programming language, giving our engineers exceptional control over both high-level architecture and low-level performance. This allows us to optimize our Hubs for low latency, high throughput and stability without sacrificing the flexibility necessary to accommodate changing market requirements.

Where performance meets reliability

Our development processes are designed to discover and eliminate reliability and functionality issues before they reach production. Every line of code is reviewed by multiple engineers before release. Thousands of automated tests are run continuously on every version of our product. Our highly-trained Quality Assurance engineers utilize their knowledge of both the product and the financial domain to rigorously test functionality and speculatively probe for weaknesses.

At your service

At our core, we are service-oriented. That is true with our technology. Each Hub is a dedicated, hosted instance, so there is no need to rely on shared resources. This is also true with our support. We offer outstanding technical support by 30 engineers across service centers in the Americas, Australia, Asia and Europe, serving you 24 hours a day. We are at your service.
